The angels pulled Lot back into the house. The Lord Jesus compares our day to Lot’s day. When He comes for His bride, who have kept themselves unspotted from the world, James 1:27 we will not be pulled out of a city but put into the eternal city He has gone to prepare, for His bride. Now we have a choice like Lot’s Sons-in-law, who mocked him for telling them to get out of the city because God was going to destroy it or we can take God at His Word and get out of the world, and get into the ark (Jesus Christ, and then put to death the works of the flesh (Col.3:5, 1Cor.6:9-11, Gal.5:19-21 and walk in the spirit).
